Real Time PCR

RealTime PCR Analysis is frequently used to validate microarray results.  It is also used to more quantitatively assess changes in expression in User-identified specific genes across multiple samples. Endogenous Controls are employed to normalize the input RNA across multiple samples.

 

Assays are carried out using either the ABI 7900 Sequence Detection System in 96-well or 384-well plates, microfluidics cards or dynamic arrays; or Fluidigm’s BioMark in 48X48 or 96X96 Integrated Fluidic Circuits [IFCs].
