Single-Cell Real Time Analysis

Single Cell RealTime PCR enables researchers to assess the expression of 48 or 96 User-defined Genes of Interest and endogenous controls [housekeeping genes] in 96 individual cells within a single sample.  This allows accurate detection of minor shifts in expression in a Candidate group of genes and can therefore identify subpopulations of cells responding to specific stimuli, etc.
